神光Ⅲ激光装置装校系统模块化集成制造

Abstract:

For manufacturing with express, high-quality, a modularization integrated manufacturing model was proposed based on the analysis of system characteristics and functions.The modularization framework for integrated manufacturing was built,and it was described how to create modular decomposition, modular system integration, parallel key technologies such as collaborative manufacturing.The modularization integrated manufacturing approach was applied to the manufacturing of installing and calibrating system for SG-Ⅲ laser device to address the implementation of the system in the process of cleansing, accuracy and efficiency issues. 

摘要:

为高速度、高质量地实现神光Ⅲ激光装置的装校,在分析系统特征和功能的基础上,提出采用模块化集成制造模式进行装校系统的集成制造。阐述了模块化集成制造的模块化分解、系统模块化集成和并行协同制造等关键技术。装校系统模块化集成制造解决了系统实现过程中的洁净、精度和效率等方面的问题。
