Hydraulic Loading Test Bench for Cutting Part of Shearer Based on Secondary Regulation

Abstract: Based on secondary regulation technology, an enclosed hydraulic loading system scheme with energy harvesting capabilities was put forward to solve the difficulties such as large energy consumption, energy recovering and utilization. This system realized the driving and simulated loading function to the test part, and achieving the energy recovering and utilization by using the symmetric structure with two secondary regulation elements connected in the constant pressure network parallelly. The overall structures of the system, the working principles and control system of the simulated loading system were presented in detail. At last, under 350kW installed power, based on the simulation and the experimental research, the results show that the energy recovery loading system may be loaded with good static characteristics and dynamic characteristics, the speed and torque regulation function may work efficiently. The power recovery rate may come to more than 40% at high load, thus the new system's energy-saving effect is remarkable than usual.

摘要: 针对采煤机截割部加载试验能耗大、能量回收利用困难等问题,提出一种基于二次调节技术的具有能量回收功能的液压封闭式加载系统方案。该系统采用一对二次元件并联于恒压网络的对称式结构,实现被试件的驱动、模拟加载和能量的回收再利用。详细介绍了系统的总体结构、模拟加载系统的工作原理及其控制系统组成。以350kW装机功率进行了仿真和试验研究,试验结果表明:该能量回收加载系统具有良好的静态、动态特性和转速、转矩调节功能,高负载工况功率回收率达40%以上,节能效果显著。
