湿式多片离合器热机耦合温度场及应力场分析

Abstract:

A three dimensional finite element modeling model of a friction pair was built. Based on equations of heatflow rate, heat conduction, heat convection and thermal mechanical coupling, the boundary conditions were set up, and the temperature field and stress field distribution of the multiplate wet clutch steel disc were studied under different radius, different engaging time and times. The investigation results will lay a foundation for further thermal manage and structure optimization of multiplate wet clutch.

摘要:

建立了湿式多片离合器三维有限元模型,在湿式多片离合器的热流、热传导、对流方程的基础上建立了边界条件;采用热-机耦合仿真方法,在不同的内外半径差、接合时间和接合次数等参数或工况下对钢片的温度场和应力场进行了分析。研究结果为湿式多片离合器优化设计及离合器热管理系统的建立提供了参考。
