Study on Throttle Speed Control Hydraulic System's Dynamic Characteristics

Abstract:

In order to study transient characteristics in throttle speed control system under different working conditions, the inlet and outlet systems were studied numerically and experimentally. A dynamics model coupling fluid flow with the force in various components was developed. The effects of cross-sectional area At, load F and bulk modulus of elasticity E on dynamic characteristics of the throttle speed control system were analyzed by simulation. Dynamic response characteristics of the inlet and outlet systems were discussed. The research methods provide a reference for the correct  parameter selection of the speed control system in the hydraulic system design.

摘要:

为获得节流调速系统在不同工作状态下的瞬态特性,对进油、回油节流阀节流调速系统进行了数字与实验研究。建立了系统流体流动和各部件受力相互作用的动力学模型,仿真分析了系统参数——节流阀通流截面积At、负载F和油液体积弹性模量E对节流调速系统的动态特性影响;讨论了进油、回油节流阀节流调速系统的动态响应特性;通过试验验证了所设计的动力学模型的正确性。其研究方法可为设计液压系统时选择调速系统参数提供借鉴和参考。
