对称腔非同步排气涡旋空气压缩机热力学研究

Abstract:

To find out the thermodynamic characteristics of an air scroll compressor with asynchronous discharge of symmetric chambers, thermodynamic calculation was combined with geometry characteristics. For avoiding the amplification of calculation errors when the discharge volume was tiny, the thermodynamic process was divided into two stages: the air pressure in two discharge chamber equal or not. The calculation methods of the corresponding mass and discharge temperature were established, the calculation results have a good agreement with the experimental results. The curve of pressure and temperature was analyzed in a compression run.

摘要:

为了研究对称腔非同步排气涡旋空气压缩机的热力学特性,结合其几何特点对热力学过程进行了计算。计算过程分为两排气腔压力不等和相等两个阶段,分别建立了热力学拓扑结构,避免了排气腔容积较小时引起的热力学计算误差放大。给出了与计算过程相适应的排气量、温度计算方法。热力学计算结果与实验结果相一致。对一个压缩过程中的压力和温度曲线进行了详细分析。
