Experimental Research of Influence Factors on Combined Breaking Rock with Water Jet and Mechanical Tool

水射流-机械刀具联合破岩的影响因素试验研究

Abstract:

In order to enhance rock breaking effect of mechanical tool,
the influences of water jet parameters(incident angle of water jet,nozzle position,butt distance,etc) on combined breaking rock
effect were investigated on the test bed for combined breaking rock with water jet and mechanical tool.
The results show that combined breaking rock effect(big rock fragments and low specific energy consumption of mechanical tool) is better when the nozzle on tool position ahead than on tool sides.The relationships among  specific energy consumption of mechanical tool with incident angle of water jet,butt distance and the distance between nozzle and tool all have parabolic changes,and the specific energy consumption will be lowest when incident angle of water jet is 120°,butt distance is about 5.5 times of nozzle diameter,distance between nozzle and tool is about 1.6 times of depth of cut.

摘要:

为提高机械刀具破岩效率,在水射流-机械刀具联合破岩试验台上研究了水射流参数(射流入射角、喷嘴位置、靶距等)对联合破岩效果的影响。试验结果表明:喷嘴位置在刀具前方时,形成的煤岩碎片块度大,刀具的切削比能耗小,联合破岩效果优于喷嘴布置在刀具的两侧的破岩效果;刀具的切削比能耗与水射流入射角、靶距以及喷嘴和刀具距离的关系均呈抛物线变化,水射流入射角为120°、靶距为喷嘴直径5.5倍左右、喷嘴和刀具距离为切削深度的1.6倍左右时切削比能耗最低。
