Abstract:

The conception and expression way of product genes were introduced,and evolution model was built,aiming at the adaptability design of product.By researching mapping relationship between environment demand and product genes,solution methods of demand parameter set were put forward.Calculation formulas of parameter and genes' adaptability and similarity were proposed after analyzed product type,range and weight.Based on this,the process of new product's adaptability design was established.Finally,
the product adaptability design example for self - priming pump was given.

摘要:

针对产品的适应性设计问题,提出了产品基因的概念及表达方式,构建了产品演化模型。研究了环境需求与产品基因之间的映射关系,提出了需求参数集的求解方法;分析了参数的类型、值域和权重,提出了参数和基因的适应性、相似度计算公式。以此为基础建立了适应性设计的一般流程。最后给出了一个自吸式泵产品适应性设计的实例。
