混合流水车间调度问题研究综述

Abstract: Hybrid flow shop scheduling problems (HFSP), one of popular research topics in the field of shop scheduling, several alternative parallel machines in all or part of stages of the flow-shop were introduced, and production capacity and flexibility of the shop were improved. Hybrid flow-shop scheduling methods were reviewed according to the number of stages and machine characteristics herein. Related extension problems in background of practical engineering were systematically summarized, and the existing problems and possible solutions were pointed out. Combined with development trend of operations research, application prospect of HFSP in emerging fields was discussed. Finally, some possible research directions in future were pointed out.

摘要: 混合流水车间在流水车间的基础上,在所有或部分阶段引入多台可选择的并行机器,提高了车间的生产能力和柔性,是车间调度领域的研究热点之一。按阶段数和机器特征对混合流水车间调度方法进行了综述,系统总结了实际工程背景下相关扩展问题的研究现状,并指出了当前研究中存在的问题和可能的解决途径。结合运筹学的发展趋势,对混合流水车间调度在新兴领域中的应用前景进行了探讨。最后,指出了未来若干可能的研究方向。
