大型水轮机转子凸止口热变形研究

Abstract:

Variation in temperature has great influence on the accuracy of large turbine rotor with convex mounting rabbet,The results are unsatisfactory when the conventional calculation is used to correct the thermal deformation.A convex mounting rabbet was studied herein,its structure was simplified.A model of thermal deformation of convex mounting rabbet was presented under the factory environments.In order to validate the feasibility of the model, systems of temperature and thermal deformation measurements were established.The experimental results in processing factory show that when a convex mounting rabbet with diameter of 1200mm was taken for analysis,the maximum difference value between theoretical value and measured value does not exceed 10μm.The machining accuracy of convex mounting rabbet is improved by using the work mentioned above.

摘要:

温度变化对大型水轮机转子凸止口的精度影响很大,采用传统线性公式进行补偿的效果并不理想。研究了水轮机主轴转子凸止口的热变形问题,对凸止口的结构及温度场进行简化,利用热力学理论建立了凸止口在工厂环境下的热变形模型,并搭建了温度采集系统和热变形测量系统,在加工厂通过实际测量验证了所建模型的正确性。实验结果表明:在工厂温度条件下,直径为1200mm的凸止口,理论值与测量值间的最大差值不超过10μm。研究结果可有效提高水轮机凸止口的加工精度。
