摘要:

运用ANSYS Fluent对双离合器自动变速器的油轨进行了相关研究。对油轨单体进行CFD模拟,并以各出口的质量流量为评价指标,获得了与试验结果基本一致的仿真分析结果。在此基础上,分析了油温变化对各出口质量流量分布的影响。最后,建立了包含油轨的变速器CFD模型,仿真分析了油轨在变速器内部复杂油气两相流下的喷油状况及飞溅油液对油轨喷出油柱的影响,验证了油轨喷油润滑系统设计的合理性。

Abstract:

A correlational research of an oil orbit of dual clutch automatic transmission model was done by using the ANSYS-Fluent software. Firstly, CFD simulation of the oil orbit was done and the mass flow rate of each nozzle was treated as the evaluation indicator, whose results were consistent with the experimental results. Secondly, on the basis of that, the influences of oil temperature variation on the distribution of the mass flow rates of these nozzles were studied. At last, the injected situation of the oil orbit and the influence of splashing fluid were simulated in the overall CFD model of transmission when they were at the case of complex oil and air two-phase flow. And the rationality for the design of lubrication system of oil orbit was verified.
