固定节流孔长度对双喷嘴挡板阀低温零位性能的影响

Effects of Fixed Orifice Length on Null Position Characteristics of Double Nozzle Flapper Valve under Low Temperature

摘要:

针对低温环境下固定节流孔节流长度影响双喷嘴挡板阀零位特性的问题进行了研究。采用理论分析和数值模拟两种方法对比分析固定节流孔节流长度与双喷嘴挡板阀低温零位性能的关系,导出了双喷嘴挡板阀零位压力、零位系数与节流孔液导比之间的关系式。研究结果表明,适当调整固定节流孔节流长度,能有效改善油温在-40℃至0℃之间变化时的喷嘴挡板阀零位性能及其稳定性。

Abstract:

The length of a fixed orifice may affect the null position characteristics of double nozzle flapper valve obviously under low temperature.The formulae between the null position characteristics and the hydraulic conductance ratio of the fixed orifice and the flapper-nozzle orifice were derived. The effects of fixed orifice length on null position characteristics of double nozzle flapper valve under low temperature were analyzed by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Analysis results show that an proper orifice length of fixed orifice can improve the null position characteristics and their stability while working temperature changes from -40℃ to 0℃.
