基于刀具耐用度和材料切除率目标的AerMet100钢铣削参数优选

摘要:

针对基于铣削高强度钢的刀具的耐用度和材料切除率的铣削参数控制进行了研究。通过正交试验,建立了刀具耐用度模型,研究了基于铣削参数的灵敏度和相对灵敏度模型的稳定区间敏感性分析方法,结合正交试验中的极差分析,提出了刀具耐用度和材料切除率的铣削参数区间优选流程,优选出铣削参数稳定区间,并优选出铣削参数。研究结果表明:铣削AerMet100钢时,铣削速度vc的优选范围为100~105m/min,每齿进给量fz的优选范围为0.11~0.12mm,铣削深度ap的优选范围为2.1~2.5mm;铣削参数优选为vc=100m/min,fz=0.11mm,ap=2.5mm。研究结果为优选高强度钢铣削参数以及进行刀具耐用度和材料切除率的控制研究提供了理论方法和试验依据。

Abstract:

For milling high-strength steel tool life and material removal rate,the milling parameter control was investigated.  By the orthogonal experiment of milling, a Taylor mathematical model of the tool life was built. According to analysis of the milling parameter interval sensitivity based on milling parameter sensitivity and relative sensitivity model, and using the extreme difference analysis facing the orthogonal experiment, the optimization flow process for the tool life and material removal rate were proposed. then milling parameter interval and milling parameters were optimized. The results show that the optimum milling speed ranges from 100m/min to 105m/min, the optimum feed per tooth ranges from 0.11mm to 0.12mm, and the optimum milling depth ranges from 2.1mm to 2.5mm. Thus the optimum milling parameters are selected as vc=100m/min, fz=0.11mm, ap=2.5mm. The theoretical analysis and test data presented herein can be used for optimizing milling parameters of high-strength steels to control tool life and material removal rate.
