数控机床视觉在位测量CAI系统

摘要：

针对视觉探头的数控机床在位测量系统,以AutoCAD为开发平台,利用其最新的二次开发工具 .NET API,使用C#编程语言,研究开发了一套计算机辅助测量（CAI）系统,该系统主要包括测量元素提取和识别、测量路径规划、测量NC代码生成、测量过程仿真、数据处理和测量结果比对等功能模块。在该CAI系统中,可根据测量任务,通过图形交互的方式生成优化的测量路径,并将其转换为驱动数控机床对工件进行自动测量的NC代码,然后对测量过程进行实时动态模拟,确保测量过程的正确性和安全性,并将测量值与设计值进行比对,提供测量报告。相关实例表明,该CAI系统能有效地提高测量效率,缩短产品的制造周期。


Abstract:

Based on on-machine vision inspection system invented for CNC milling machines, an on-machine measurement CAI sytem was introdued. The CAI system was implemented by C# language programming on the AutoCAD.NET API of the AutoCAD platform. The CAI system functions included element extraction and recognition, path planning, NC codes generation, inspection process simulation, data post-processor and comparison. In the CAI system, an optimal inspection path was generated firstly by a graphic interactive manner according to the requirements of the inspection tasks. Then, the path was translated into NC codes which were used for controlling CNC Milling machines to inspect the measured workpiece. To ensure validity and the security, the inspection process can be simulated vividly by the generated NC codes. At last, the inspection report provided the comparison of measurement values and specification results. The research results show that the proposed CAI system can improve the inspection efficiency and shorten milling cycle.
