摘要:

针对永磁偏置轴向径向磁轴承集成度高、结构紧凑、磁场分布不规则、偏置磁场和控制磁场存在耦合的特点,根据二维仿真结果,在精细划分磁轴承漏磁路径和软磁路径的基础上,构建了包括漏磁磁阻和软磁磁阻的精确磁路。利用精确磁路可观测各磁路中的磁通分布的优势,有针对性地调整磁轴承的各结构参数,实现其设计的优化,减少对初步参数的重复有限元仿真。对设计样机进行的三维有限元仿真结果表明:基于精确磁路的永磁偏置轴向径向磁轴承设计正确合理。

Abstract:

Permanent magnet biased axial-radial magnetic bearing is highly integrated,and can realize axial and radial suspend simultaneously. It has a compact configuration, the volume and weight are reduced obviously. However, its magnetic field distribution is complicated, bias and control magnetic field are coupled. In order to design a magnetic bearing accurately and increase the design efficiency, this paper divided the leakage and soft magnetic material routes according to the 2D FE simulation, established an accurate magnetic circuit including the leakage and soft magnetic material reluctance. The circuit can be used to observe the flux distribution in each route, verified and regulated the magnetic bearing structure parameters, so the FE simulation times of the basic structure parameters were reduced. An experimental sample was designed, 3D FE simulation and experiments were processed to test the design sample. The results show that the design method is rational and right.
