摘要:

提出了基于关键特性的质量链管理模型,将产品关键特性概念融入到质量链管理理论中。首先提出并研究了质量链概念模型和结构模型;然后重点分析了产品关键特性在质量链系统中的演化过程,产品生命周期中产品关键特性的识别、确定、控制和反馈等主要活动是在质量链系统中实现的,其分层逐级演化过程体现了质量的实现过程;接着分析了质量链协同内涵,设计了基于产品关键特性的质量链管理流程;最后提出了基于产品关键特性的质量链管理框架模型。

Abstract:

This paper incorporated the KCs concept to the QCM theory and a model of QCM based on KCs was proposed.Firstly,a conceptual model and a structural model of quality chain were presented.Secondly,the evolvement process of KCs in the quality chain system was analyzed.The KCs fundamental activities including identification,controlling and feedback were running in the quality chain system,furthermore the KCs flow-down and transfer implements the product quality gradually.Thirdly,a quality chain collaboration management process model was established based on KCs.Finally a framework of QCM based on KCs was proposed.
