车辆座椅三维减振平台的运动学分析及参数优化

摘要:

针对车辆座椅的三维减振问题,提出一种新型三平移并联机构减振平台,对减振平台进行了运动学分析,利用MATLAB搜索机构的工作空间及其工作空间的奇异位形和操作灵活度,分析了机构结构参数与工作空间以及操作灵活度之间的关系,对该并联减振平台的结构参数进行了优化,且在MATLAB/Simulink中建立了该减振平台的仿真模型。仿真结果表明:在随机激励下减振平台具有较小的振动传递特性,适合作为车辆座椅三维减振平台。

Abstract:

A new three-translation parallel mechanism was designed to resolve the problem of three-dimension vibration in vehicle seat. The kinematics of the platform was analyzed and the workspace and singularities was researched by software of MATLAB.Then the dexterity in workspace was analyzed and the relations between geometrical parameter, workspace and dexterity were studied.Finally the parameters of platform were optimized.For analyzing the vibration damping performance of the platform,
a simulation model was built in MATLAB/Simulink, and the results indicate that the parallel platform is suitable for three-dimension vibration isolation in vehicle seat.
