纳米ZrO2对MoSi2涂层高温摩擦磨损行为的影响

Effects of Nano-ZrO2 on Friction and Wear Behaviors of MoSi2 Coating at High Temperature

摘要:

采用等离子喷涂制备了MoSi2及纳米ZrO2强韧化MoSi2复合涂层,分析了涂层与氧化铝配对副在1100℃大气环境中不同载荷下的摩擦磨损行为,并采用XRD、SEM对磨损表面进行了物相、形貌和成分分析,进而分析了涂层的磨损机理。结果表明:随着载荷的增大,MoSi2和ZrO2-MoSi2涂层的摩擦因数和磨损率均逐渐减小,纳米ZrO2降低了MoSi2涂层的摩擦因数,增强了MoSi2涂层的抗摩擦磨损能力;随着载荷的增加,MoSi2涂层的磨损机制由黏着磨损向脆性断裂变化,但始终存在氧化磨损;ZrO2-MoSi2涂层磨损机制主要是氧化磨损和轻微黏着磨损,当载荷增加到40N时,还存在脆性剥落磨损;纳米ZrO2降低了MoSi2涂层的脆性脱落趋势。

Abstract:

MoSi2 and ZrO2-MoSi2 coating were prepared by air plasma spraying.The friction and wear properties of two coatings at 1100 were studied and the wear mechanism was also analyzed by XRD and SEM technology.Results
 show,with load increasing, the friction factor of MoSi2 and ZrO2-MoSi2  coating
 reduces gradually.With the addition of nano-ZrO2 into MoSi2,the friction factor of MoSi2 coating reduces and the adhesion resistance is improved. With the load increasing, the wear mechanism of MoSi2 coating changes from adhesion wear to
brittle fracture, but the oxidation wear accompanies all along. The main wear
mechanism of 30%ZrO2-MoSi2  coating are oxidation wear and mild adhesive wear. When the load increases to 40N, the brittle flaking-off also exists. Nano-ZrO2 can reduce the brittle flaking-off of MoSi2 coating.
