摘要:

以提高WC基复合陶瓷的硬度和抗断裂性为目标,利用Al2O3弥散相的增韧增强作用,采用热压烧结工艺成功制备了Al2O3弥散WC-ZrO2复合刀具材料。在此基础上,添加了一定量的VC作为晶粒生长抑制剂和助烧剂,以实现材料最大程度的致密化。对热压后材料的硬度、抗弯强度和断裂韧性进行了测试、分析和比较。探讨了弥散相Al2O3含量对材料力学性能和微观结构的影响,研究了复合材料断面的微观组织结构和断裂方式。试验结果表明,弥散相的添加对提高材料力学性能和改善材料微观组织结构具有重要意义。

Aided at improving the hardness and bending strength of WC matrix composites,

Al2O3 dispersoids particles were incorporated into the composite and a new tool material WC-ZrO2 was prepared by hot-press sintering.Meanwhile,certain amount of VC was added to the composite to suppress the grain growth to achieve great relative density.The hardness, bending strength and fracture toughness of the composite were tested.The effect of
