    In order to reduce the ill-condition arising from the inverse problem of load reconstruction,and restructure the time history of dynamic load stably,a new method which named radial basis shape function method was presented.Through discretizing the dynamic load into small elements in the time domain,the shape function was constructed in each time element by  RBF interpolation.In this way,the forward model of
    load reconstruction was established.Then based on this method,the time history of dynamic load was reconstructed.This method can reduce the scale of the nucleus matrix and whereby obtain a well-conditioned inverse problem,realize the dynamic load identification effectively and stably under bigger time step and the measurement noise in the load reconstruction. 

    In order to inspect the appearance of QFP chip lead, an automatic inspection system based on machine vision was designed. Hardware structure and software system were introduced herein. In the software system, Canny algorithm was successfully applied to detect the edge of the QFP chip lead. After that, the inspection method of standoff and the detecting method based on three-point seating plane of co-planarity were discussed. Finally, the testing experiments with respect to the QFP chip visual inspection system were carried out, which achieves satisfactory results.

    A dynamics model of the planetary gear system of a wind turbine under varying load was established in order to analyse the dynamics characteristic of the planetary gear system more accurately. The external load excitations caused by varying wind speed and the varying electromagnetic torque,as well as the internal excitations caused by time-varying mesh stiffness,the meshing phase of the planetary gear pairs and time-vary stiffness of rolling element bearing were considered in the model. On the basis of that, the Runge-Kutta numerical method was used to solve the dynamics model of planetary gear system of a MW wind turbine with multibrid technology,and the influences of the above proposed excitations on the dynamics characteristics of the system were analyzed. The results show that there are distinct lower-frequency components in system response frequencies and the torsion vibration displacements of each component have similar varying tendency as the external total moment. Influenced by planet gears meshing phase, the amount of structure frequencies increases and their values decrease in the system,therefore the possibility of resonance of system is increased. The dynamic responses become very complicated because of the time-varying stiffness of the rolling element bearing. 

    In order to remove the recast layer produced by laser machining on nickel-based super alloy,a hybrid processing of JECM-LBM was used to drill on a thin GH3030 sheet,and the effects of different process parameters on the productivity and the quality of holes were investigated herein.The experimental results show that the electrochemical action can effectively remove the recast layer during JECM-LBM and improve the quality of holes;the effects of different process parameters on the productivity and the quality of holes were obtained,and the quadratic regression equations were established for the ratio of residual recast thickness and the material removal rate. At last, based on the quadratic regression equations, some succeed examples were obtained with optimum parameters.

    A single diamond wheel was machined and prepared by the techniques of grinding, precise grinding, soldering and brazing with natural diamond stuff of high performance, in order to investigate the removal mechanism of hard-brittle materials, as well as the principle of the abrasive particle abrasion and surface damage. Digital images of diamond fore-end were acquired by Quanta 200 scanning electronic microscope, before the grayscale converting, histogram equalization, median filtering, binarization and Canny edge detection of the original images. Afterwards, the pixel number of image ruler in horizontal direction was counted by applying the Photoshop software. And then different circles were made to be tangent internally with the fore-end profile of abrasive particle. Furthermore, the radius of the maximum inscribed circle was defined as the ROC of single diamond wheel, according to a rudimental algebraic theory. The subsequent experiments were validated the accuracy and operability of the new method, which is kindly advised to those special situations being shortage of precise measuring instruments.

    This paper selected double inlet and outlet flow path of liquid-cooled system as the research object,and using the test methods as the research means the thermal characteristics of battery module with 2 parallels and 12 series were investigated.The results indicate that:at room temperature,the heat dissipation performance of  liquid-cooled system with double inlet and outlet flow path is not along with the inlet flow,showing the first improved and then decreased,the inlet flow meeting the best heat dissipation performance and heat dissipation efficiency is as 450L/h.The heat dissipation performance of liquid-cooled system with the battery module central gap of 4mm is  not along with the inlet flow too,compared to the original battery module,the battery module maximum temperature rising and maximum internal temperature difference are decreased,heat dissipation performance is improved.At  35℃ environmental temperature, the battery module internal temperature difference is increased, so it will not improve the heat dissipation performance when the temperature of cooling liquid  is too much lower than the environmental temperature;at  45℃ environmental temperature,the heat dissipation performance is even worse.It  provides a reference basis for researches on heat dissipation performance of liquid-cooled system.

    In order to slove the problems of time delays in feedback control may result in the unstable motion of an active controlled system for vibrations in actual engineering applications and to obtain the optimal control effect, by solving a kind of dynamic equation of control system with double time delays with a modified precise integration method based on a step-by-step input load method,the influences of different values of time delays and feedback control gains on stability of active control system were investigated. A numerical example of response peak distribution of dynamic system with two delays under different feedback gains was proved by calculating different system response under variable time delays. The influences of different values of time delays and feedback control gains on distribution of stabile areas of system were investigated and analyzed, which indicates that the influence of time delays becomes more distinct as system feedback gains increase. The system always keeps stable state when the time delay and the feedback gain get matched, which provides evidence to design active structural vibration control algorithm under the influence of time delays.

    An ultra-high speed grinding of stainless steel was conducted in order to avoid the wheel loading and grinding burn out,to improve efficiency, and to optimize the process. The influences of grinding parameters, including wheel speed, the depth of cut and feed rate, on the grinding force, the roughness and surface morphology were analyzed under high/ultra-high speed grinding conditions, and wheel geomorphology was detected. The results indicate that the optimized feed rate and the depth of cutting can ensure the higher efficiency and better surface integrity.

    A vibrator of mold driven by a new kind of noncircular gears was presented. A method for designing corresponding noncircular gears was given in accordance with the process characteristics of nonsinusoidal oscillation. Compared with the vibration system driven by elliptical and limacon gears, the new kind of noncircular gears can satisfy the parameters during positive and negative sliding of molds simultaneously. It eliminates the defect of existing noncircular gears that two or more oscillation parameters can not be adjusted for the molds. The advantages of nonsinusoidal oscillation can be attained completely by the mechanical equipment comprised of new type of noncircular gears, which extends the application prospect of mechanical device for nonsinusoidal vibration of molds.

    In order to investigate the surface quality of ceramics tile. structure and principle of film coating machine were analyzed. The mechanism of nanodroplets coating ceramics tile was derived. A series of comparative SEM experiments with no coating nanodroplets ceramics tile and coating nanodroplets ceramics tile were performed, the surface glossiness of coating nanodroplets ceramics tile is better than that no coating nanodroplets ceramics tile. Cracks and concave pit after refilling nanodroplets are formed the film. It is concluded that stains can be removed on the surface of coating nanodroplets ceramics tile, by a series of cleaning the stain experiments of ceramic tiles. the ability of protection is very effective.

    Because of complex computation and big blindness of the synthesis of spherical 4R linkages for four specified positions,it is difficult to ensure the mechanism solutions of the problem to be practicable,and it is  limited  their applications in the field of engineering.Based on the study on type map proposed by the Robotics and the Automation Laboratory attached to University of California,Irvine and the theory of Burmester,this paper gave a geometrical approach to realize the method of type map and the defect discrimination based on the platform of MATLAB to classify all the spherical 4R linkages synthesized by Burmester curve according to their attributes.Designers were allowed quickly to locate the solution project needs from a set of possible mechanism synthesis results.Finally,an instance was cited to realize the effectiveness of the method and gives a new idea to solve such synthesis problems.

    A new fault diagnosis method based on Hilbert spectrum and singular value decomposition was proposed and applied to bearing falut diagnosis. Firstly, the bearing vibration signals were decomposed into a set of intrinsic mode functions by means of the empirical mode decomposition method. Then, Hilbert transform was applied to each component and get the Hilbert spectrum of the signals. To extract the time-frequency feature of the faulted bearing the singular decomposition value method was used to the Hilbert specturm. Finally,the singular values were used as the feature vectore and the support vectore machine method was used to identify the different faults.Experiments were conducted on roller bearing without faults,with inner-race faults, ball and outer-race faults and several levels of fault severity. The experimental results show that the proposed method is effective.

    Vibration signals of rolling bearing contained deterministic components and random components, both of them reflected the failure information of the bearing. For qualitative diagnosis of bearing faults using random components less vibration signal data was needed,that increased the computational efficiency for cyclostational analysis. It was proposed herein logarithmic contour maps of spectral correlation density was used firstly to reveal the change of weak random components caused by bearing faults, and then to take the  slice at a resonance frequency to extract the fault information. An analysis example with real bearing vibration signals shows that even in condition of lower frequency resolution, spectral correlation density can realize the demodulation of fault information, achieve the purpose of fault feature extraction, and improve the calculation efficiency.

    Scale parameters were optimized to search the best scale, which was due to the construction element was hard to be determined when fault characteristics were extracted using a difference morphological filtering. The noise in antifriction bearing signals was reduced, the fault signals were extracted through the difference morphological filtering, and then the best results of construction element scales were gotten through genetic algorithm. The experimental and simulation results show the new method presented herein is better than the method without optimization and the envelope demodulation method.

    Explicit FEA was used to study the shear behavior of granular media in a wedge-shaped gap, and the asperities whose sizes were close to the scale of granules was constructed on the lower boundary surface. The results of numerical experiments have proved that the explicit FEM can capture the shear behavior of granular media and the stress distribution before and after the collision as well as granule deformation. When the granules contact with each other and form a strong multi-body chain, peak value of friction force and uplift force will occur. In addition, the influences of friction coefficient and material hardness on the stress distribution, friction force and uplift force were discussed.

    A surface topography model of DP780 sheet metal based on fractal theory was established. And the elastic-plastic contact model between DP780 sheet metal and die surface was established based on the sheet surface topography model. The contact model, which treated the die as rigid body,gave the calculation formula of the real contact area under different normal contact loads. Using the model to create friction model the real boundary condition can be obtained, it can improve the simulation accuracy of the FEM.

    A gear with different finished surfaces was dealt with pulsed electron beam.Experiments of gear bending fatigue strength were complished and contrasted before and after they were dealt with pulsed electron beam for ground tooth surfaces.The microhardness,roughness,topography,organization structure and stress on gear surfaces were measured and their effects on gear bending fatigue strength were analysed and discussed.Experimental results demonstrate that bending fatigue strength of gear with grinding after irradiation is improved 6.1% than that before irradiation in reliability 50%,while that of without grinding is reduced 14% after irradiation than before irradiation in reliability 50%.The bending fatigue properties of gere are influenced greatly by surface processing technology.The ground gear bending fatigue strength of original and electron beam treated are improved 52.2% and 88.2% respectively.

    Diffuser structure of mine contra-rotating axial fan was optimized by using particle swarm optimization algorithm and three-dimensional flow analysis. Firstly, experimental design method was used to study the relationship among structure parameters of diffuser and the total-pressure and efficiency of fan. The results show that the total-pressure of fan tendes to decrease firstly and then increase with increasing of diffuser core canister tail radius (R1). The total-pressure increases along with increasing of the diffuser outlet sectional radius (R2), increases along with increasing of the diffuser length (L1). The efficiency of fan is enhanced with increasing of R1 and L1, and decreased with increasing of R2. Diffuser length has most significant influence on the efficiency of fan. Then, with the structure parameters of diffuser as the variables, the total-pressure and the efficiency of fan as the objects, particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve this complex multi-objective optimization problem.

     In order to optimize the forming technology of continuous rolling steel, improve the product quality of pierced billet, and decrease energy consumption of rolling equipment, a mathematical model of heat transfer was established, which can be used to solve temperature field distribution rule of the continuous rolling steel tube. This model was built with finite difference method (FDM), by analyzing the heat-transfer mechanism of PQF deformation process. In the model, the complex distortion field and all kinds of thermodynamics boundary conditions can be accomplish. Comparison between simulation solutions and experimental results shows a good agreement, which means that the model is capable of forecasting the temperature change rule during the PQF deformation process.

    This paper presented a design scheme of  electrical gear type time grating sensor for both dynamic measurement and static measurement.The stator of  sensor consisted of upper layer,middle layer and lower layer.Symmetric three-phase windings were wound around gears of these three layers respectively,and the number of pole pairs was half the number of slots to realize high precision measurement with  low machining precision for spatial division.Experimental results show that the precision of this type sensor can achieve ±2.1″ with low cost.

    Blood pump impeller causes varying degrees of mechanical damage of blood cells when rotating, which will lead to hemolysis and thrombosis, even threat patient life. For an axial flow maglev blood pump, based on CFD and structural optimization design, using κ-ε model, dynamic mesh and user defined function(UDF), a three-dimensional numerical simulation of axial flow maglev blood pump was carried on, hemolytic mathematical model was established, the flow shear stress distribution of axial flow maglev blood pump was obtained, the relationship between blood flow and impeller speed was explored, blood cell flow path was gotten based on particle tracking method and also do hemolysis prediction.     In order to improve the steering control performance of an electric tracked vehicle,the steering kinetic analysis was made at first and steering characteristics of tracked vehicle were researched. Then a turning control strategy based on fuzzy and PID algorithms was proposed for dual electric tracked vehicle to improve the turning trajectory control effect and enhance the steer dynamic response ability. Driver's steering intention was interpreted as inner motor braking torque while outside motor torque follow-up control was conducted by fuzzy strategy. Lengthways speed was adjusted by PID algorithm; the fuzzy control and PID algorithm were fused by fuzzy output factor. Simulation results indicate that algorithms presented can realize stable steering radius and response time can be shortened by about 0.7 seconds with this presented control strategy.

    As type,color,size and other uncertainties are likely to cause unstable and unreliable for following vehicle detection algorithm,this paper proposed a novel cost-effective system,based on longitudinal projection in time-space domain and relative motion analysis.The algorithm used directional filter in contrast space and then estimated vehicle edge with probabilistic Hough transform.According to time-domain projection,following vehicle tracking trajectory can be obtained.Furthermore,this paper used optical flow to track characteristic corners,in other to separate target vehicle from background.On the basis of above,the algorithm integrated detection results of the above two methods,and then an overtaking warning algorithm was proposed based on behavior detection.The test results show that the method can extract myopia campaign following vehicle quickly and accurately in the structural road,and it also has a strong immunity to environmental interference and type change. 

    Considering the load transfer during steer process, a vehicle dynamic model with non-liner tire model was built by MATLAB/Simulink. Based on inverse dynamics and neural network, the relationship between tire characteristics and vehicle capability was established. The conclusion shows that we can figure out which kind of compages of tires' cornering characteristic can satisfy the vehicle requirements, and this method can also be used to guide tire selection in the vehicle developing phase.
