基于无线传感器网络的自治制造车间控制

Abstract:

An autonomous shop floor control system based on wireless sensor network was proposed to cope with the unforeseen inside and outside disturbances occurring frequently. In this system, the physical objects such as the parts and machines were enriched with competencies and abilities for communicating, computing and decision-making by sensor nodes embedding. A pheromone based control algorithm that imitated ants foraging behavior was developed to make the parts autonomously deciding efficient processing operations and routing paths. To demonstrate the feasibility and advantages  of the proposed control system, a prototype implementation was developed, and experiments were made with this prototype implementation. The experimental results illustrate the advantages of the proposed approach and its capacity to surmount perturbations.

摘要:

为应对制造环境不可预知和动态的变化,基于无线传感器网络的自治车间控制系统,通过在制造车间中的各种物理对象(产品、设备等)上嵌入无线传感器节点,赋予其通信、计算和决策能力,实现了基于信息素的自治控制。该算法模拟蚁群觅食过程,将复杂的车间控制问题变为多个产品自治地寻找最佳加工路径的过程。原型系统实验证实了该方法能有效地适应动态变化的制造环境,获得了满意的控制效果。
