板料多点渐进成形力多通道数据采集装置设计

Abstract:

According to the characteristics of longer acquisition time and larger quantity of data of  forming force in incremental forming process,a multi-channel and time sharing data acquisition device based on AT89S51 was designed.The paper introduced the work principles of detecting device for the forming force,
and gave parts of the hardware circuit and software programs.The force curve with deforming time was got by experiments,and shows the detection device fits the data
  requirements for long periods of time,uninterrupted,and continuous acquisition in incremental forming process.

摘要:

针对渐进成形过程中成形力采集时间长、数据量大的特点,设计了一种基于AT89S51单片机的多路分时数据采集装置,介绍了成形力检测的工作原理,开发了检测装置的硬件电路和软件程序;通过渐进成形实验,获得了成形力随时间变化的曲线,表明该检测装置符合渐进成形过程对数据长时间、不间断、连续采集的要求。
