超声椭圆振动切削表面形貌形成机理的研究

Abstract:

Based on analysis of cutting process and 3D cutting model of the elliptical vibration cutting (EVC), the paper presents that the micro-surface formation mechanism of EVC is formed by the regular feed marks in feed direction and vibration ripples in cutting direction. The height of feed mark is affected by tool parameters, the shape and feed rate. The height of vibration ripple is determined by amplitude, frequency and speed coefficient, and influenced by tool rounded cutting edge radius. At the same time, the interval between vibration ripples is strictly proportional to the speed factor. With natural diamond and PCD tools for copper EVC experiments, the results of the experiments show that the above analyses are correct.

摘要:

对超声椭圆振动切削过程和三维切削模型进行了分析,阐述了超声椭圆振动切削表面微观形貌的形成机理主要是由进给方向上的刀纹残留面积高度和切削方向上的振纹相互交织而形成的。同时对两者的影响因素进行了深入研究,进给方向上的刀纹残留面积高度主要由刀具的形状、参数和进给量来决定,切削方向上的振纹高度主要由椭圆振动的振幅、频率和速度系数来决定,同时受刀刃钝圆半径的影响较大。利用天然金刚石刀具和PCD刀具对紫铜件进行超声椭圆振动切削实验,验证了超声椭圆振动切削表面形貌形成机理及其影响因素分析的正确性。
