Technology System of Individualized Redesign for In-service Machine Tools Based on Monitoring and Diagnosis

基于监测诊断的在役机床个性化再设计技术体系

Abstract: In-service machine tool remanufacturing had typical individualized characteristics.Based on the analyses of the individualized requirements of in-service machine tool remanufacturing, the concept of individualized redesign for in-service machine tools was proposed and the connotation of multiple individualization was analyzed.In addition, the technology system of individualized redesign for in-service machine tools was established based on monitoring and diagnosis.The theoretical basis included product life cycle theory of machine tools, performance evolution and damage theory of machine tools and components.The supporting technologies included data acquisition and monitoring during operations, data storage and processing, operation state diagnosis and decision making as well as support tools for individualized redesign.The key technologies included individualization matching, remanufacturability evaluation, quality improvement redesign, intelligent upgrading redesign and green improvement redesign.Finally, case study was carried out in conjunction with a redesign process of an in-service heavy duty horizontal lathe.

摘要: 在役机床再制造具有典型的个性化特征。在分析在役机床再制造个性化需求的基础上,提出了在役机床个性化再设计的概念,并分析了多重个性化内涵;从机床产品生命周期、机床整机及零部件性能演化与损伤等理论基础,运行状态数据采集与监测、数据存储与处理、状态诊断与决策分析、个性化再设计支持工具等支撑技术以及个性化匹配、可再制造性评价、质量提升再设计、智能化提升再设计、绿色化提升再设计等关键技术三个方面构建了基于监测诊断的在役机床个性化再设计技术体系;最后,结合某在役重型卧式车床再设计过程进行了案例分析。
