连铸结晶器振动位移系统中非线性处理

Abstract: Taking the continuous casting mold vibration displacement systems driven by servo motors as research object, a nonlinear processing algorithm was proposed to deal with the nonlinear periodic function between eccentric shaft angles and mold vibration displacements. In the algorithm, the mapping between eccentric shaft angle error and mold displacement was established to ensure the uniqueness between motor rotations and mold displacements, which could reduce the complexity of controller design and the nonlinear influences on the control performance. Simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed nonlinear processing algorithm.

摘要: 以伺服电机驱动的连铸结晶器振动位移系统为研究对象,针对系统中偏心轴转角与结晶器振动位移间的非线性周期函数问题,提出了一种非线性处理算法,即通过建立偏心轴转角误差与结晶器振动位移之间的映射关系,来保证电机转角与结晶器振动位移非线性关系逆解的唯一性,从而减小控制器设计的复杂性和非线性环节对控制性能的影响。为验证所提算法的有效性,设计了连铸结晶器振动位移系统PID控制器,并通过仿真和试验验证了所提方法的有效性。
