基于振动监测的应急柴油机启动性能分析方法

Abstract: Based on vibration monitoring an emergency starting performance analysis method  was proposed to make up the shortcoming of the current analysis based on thermal parameters. The precise conversion of vibration signals from time domain to angle domain was implemented based on key phase and instantaneous rotational speed. An envelope method was carried out to extract the futures of transient vibration signals measured during start processes by which the smooth could be adjusted. These futures were capable to reflect the combustion states and the high pressure air working conditions. The grey evaluation method was introduced to monitor and evaluate the working capacity of single cylinder during startup. The results of the actual test verified the effectiveness of this method, and shown practical value for field applications.

摘要: 提出了一种基于振动监测的应急柴油机启动性能分析方法,弥补当前仅基于热工参数进行分析的不足。基于键相和瞬时转速实现振动信号的准确整周期角域转化。提出了一种光滑程度可调的瞬态振动信号包络线提取方法,在应急柴油机启动过程的连续工作周期中,获得能够表征点火燃烧状态、高压启动空气冲气工作状态的特征参数,为分析机组启动特性与工作状态打下基础,并采用灰色评价法对单次启动中单缸做功能力进行了监测评估。核电现场实际测试结果验证了该方法对应急柴油机启动性能分析的有效性及推广应用的实用价值。
