Abstract: Through the temperature field acquisition and simulation of HBP, the heat transfer principles of HBP were analyzed, and the reasons and methods of temperature exchange between HBP and the outside world were obtained. A new HBP was proposed, which could realize temperature compensation and temperature balance. The simulation models of the surface temperature differences between two kinds of HBP at different ambient temperatures were established, the actual model printing work was completed for two kinds of HBP, and the dimensions of the molded parts were measured and analyzed. Finally, the surface temperature of HBP after optimization is more balance according to the experimental results, which may effectively suppresses the warping deformations of the molded part.

摘要: 通过对加热构建平台(HBP)进行温度场采集与仿真,针对HBP的热传递原理进行分析,得出了HBP与外界进行温度交换的原因及方式。提出了一种能够实现温度补偿、保证温度均衡的新型HBP,建立了两种HBP在不同环境温度下表面温度差的仿真模型。针对两种HBP完成了实际模型的打印工作,并对成形件尺寸进行了测量与分析。实验结果验证了优化后的HBP表面温度更均衡,能有效抑制成形件翘曲变形。
