Abstract: The SE technique was utilized to deal with the connection parts to the crane frames and crawlers, and the crane frame structures were redesigned with the topology optimization method. Compared to the traditional methods, using the SE measure has the same solution accuracy, and the calculation time is only one third, which achieve the purposes of saving calculation time and keeping the accuracy of calculation. Finally, the finite element analysis (FEA) and fatigue test were performed to validate the rationality of SE technique to deal with complex models.

摘要: 采用超单元技术处理与车架相连的履带部分模型,并用拓扑优化方法对起重机车架的结构进行重新设计。结果表明,超单元法与传统的全模型分析法相比,求解精度相同,而计算时间仅为全模型分析法的1/3,达到了节省计算时间且保持计算精度的目的。最后通过有限元分析和疲劳试验验证了利用超单元法处理复杂模型的可行性。
