Parameterized Modeling and Modal Analysis of High Speed Grinding Machine  Structure

高速磨床机械结构参数化建模与模态分析

Abstract:

The entity parameter model of high-speed  grinder machine parts  was built based on the dynamic sub structure method,the finite element model of the high-speed  grinding machine mechanical structure was established with MSC.Patran/Nastran software,and  modal analysis for the spindle,bed and workbench-bed combination structure was finished.Using the LMS vibration and dynamic signal acquisition and analysis system,the modal experiments were completed.Experiments show that the combining part simulation technology based on the assumed material can make the dynamic test result of  grinder structure and finite element modal analysis result be consistent,the experimental dynamic characteristics of high speed grinding machine are consistent with the finite element analysis ones,and the parametric solid model based on substructure method is correct and feasible for the high speed grinding machine.

摘要:

基于动态子结构法建立了高速磨床零部件和整机的实体参数化模型,利用MSC. Patran/Nastran建立了高速磨床机械结构的有限元模型,并对主轴、床身和床身-工作台组合结构进行了模态分析。应用LMS振动及动态信号采集分析系统对主轴、床身和床身-工作台组合结构进行了实验模态测试与分析。实验表明,采用基于假想材料的高速磨床结合部模拟技术可使磨床组合结构的动态实验结果与有限元模态分析结果相吻合,实验测试得到的高速磨床机械结构动态特性和利用有限元软件仿真分析得到的结果是一致的,说明利用子结构法建立高速磨床机械结构实体参数化模型是正确可行的。
