Abstract:

A method of knowledge integration and push for networked manufacturing process was proposed.First,a knowledge integration model of networked manufacturing process was built,the main forms of knowledge retrieval and acquisition were analyzed,and then for the realization of active knowledge push,the knowledge contexts of manufacturing activities were described from three dimensions.On the basis of that,a strategy of active knowledge push based on ontology query was put forward.Finally,through applications in a discrete manufacturing enterprise,this method was proved to be effective in active manufacturing knowledge push,and in improving the efficiency of decision-making. 

摘要:

提出一种面向网络化制造过程的知识集成与推送方法。首先构建了网络化制造过程知识集成模型,分析了制造知识检索与获取的主要形式;然后针对知识主动推送的实现,从3个维度对制造活动知识情境进行了描述,提出了基于本体查询的知识主动推送机制;最后以某离散制造企业制造知识主动推送的应用实例验证了该方法的有效性和高决策效率。
