基于Web的平台/插件式CAPP系统研究

Abstract:

To solve the reusability,expansibility,flexibility and the network and cooperative problems of CAPP systems,a method utilizing the  platform/plug-in architecture structure was proposed to develop an open and
universal CAPP system based on Web.The basic principle,the general structure,the model of plugin-in database,the process and final referenced frame of plug-in granularity and the process of interactive control between platform and plug-in were studied particularly.The main function and implementation method of the CAPP system platform based on Web for production tree,WYSIWYG(what you see is what you get) function and planning of process design,management of manufacturing process resource and so on
were analyzed in detail.The implementation technique of plug-in function were discussed,and the feasibility of plug-in function example was proved.

摘要:

针对CAPP系统的复用性、扩展性、柔性、网络化及协同化等问题,提出了应用平台/插件体系结构,开发了基于Web的CAPP系统。重点研究了平台/插件体系结构的CAPP系统的基本原理、总体结构、插件库模型、插件粒度划分流程和最终参考框架、平台与插件间的交互控制流程。详细分析了基于Web的CAPP系统的产品结构树、所见即所得的工艺设计、工艺设计规划、制造工艺资源管理等平台主要功能及其实现方法,并通过实例验证了系统的可行性。
