燃气轮机拉杆转子畸变相似问题研究

Abstract:

Distortions were widespread between the model and the prototype of gas turbine rod-fastening rotors, which were due to the complex structure. The model can not reflect the real dynamics characteristics of the prototype directly. To solve these problems, the similarity of gas turbine rod-fastening rotors was studied by means of dimensional analysis. The distortion criterion of the model was obtained. A method to compensate the distortions in the system was proposed and the distortion compensation was given. The distortion similarity criteria of the model and prototype's dynamics characteristics were derived, which made the prototype's dynamics characteristics can be reflected by distortion compensation model directly. The theoretical analysis were verified by numerical analyses.

摘要:

针对燃气轮机拉杆转子结构复杂,其试验模型相对于原型存在较大程度的畸变,无法直接反映原型真实动力学特性的问题,采用量纲分析法研究了燃气轮机拉杆转子的相似问题,得出了拉杆转子模型发生畸变的判据,提出了一种转子畸变模型的补偿方法,并得到了相应的畸变补偿量,推导了畸变补偿模型与原型的动力学特性畸变相似准则,实现了通过畸变补偿模型直接获得原型动力学特性的目的。算例分析验证了理论分析的正确性。
