基于两阶段求解的可重构虚拟制造单元构建方法

Abstract:

A methodology was proposed, which could be used to form manufacturing cell for reconfigurable manufacturing of multi-product environment with changing demands. A two solving scheme was presented, which considered the aspects of operation sequence and production volume. In stage one, manufacturing information was pre-handled with production process similarity and production lot based on graph clustering method, and the maximum spanning tree and the fundamental manufacturing cell was formed. In stage two, a multi-objective optimization function model aimed to optimize load balance and number of inter-cell movements was constructed, and a new algorithm based on the principle of electromagnetism-like mechanism was employed. Finally, an empirical analysis for pump production system was developed, which showed the effectiveness and feasibility of proposed algorithm.

摘要:

针对多品种、变批量需求的可重构制造问题,综合考虑工艺路线与生产批量约束,以设备负荷均衡、跨单元加工次数最少为目标,提出了两阶段求解的虚拟制造单元构建方法。第一阶段,采用图聚类法对工艺路线的相似性和零件的生产批量进行预处理,生成基于订单的多工艺路线最大支撑树,确定基本可行制造单元集;第二阶段,以设备负荷均衡、跨单元加工次数最少的综合目标函数设计为基础,采用基于类电磁机制寻优原理的求解算法,确定最优制造单元解。某泵阀制造企业生产数据的实例应用验证了算法的可行性与有效性。
