Abstract:
A GD-Ⅱ motorized spindle was introduced herein, the magnitude of step interference was also determined based on the dynamic interference fit theory, then the finite element model of the jointed structure was built and the effect of different initial interferences was also analyzed under different running conditions. The analysis results show that the ability to transmit torque and the contact stress decrease with increasing spindle speed constantly, and the higher the spindle speed will lead to greater decreases of the transmitting torque capacity. The results also indicate that using 66H6/s6 and 65.9H6/t6 ladder interference magnitude can well meet the job requirements.

摘要:
以GD-Ⅱ型电主轴为研究对象,首先根据动静态过盈理论初步确定过盈形式和过盈量的大小,然后采用有限元方法对电主轴连接结构进行三维建模,研究不同主轴转速条件下,电主轴初始过盈量的变化对主轴与转子间接触面的应力分布和扭矩传递能力的影响规律。通过分析发现,随着主轴转速的升高,接触面应力和扭矩的传递能力不断减小,且主轴转速越高,扭矩减小越快,研究结果表明,采用66H6/s6和65.9H6/t6的阶梯过盈量能较好地满足工作要求。
