汽车自动变速箱中周转轮系设计方案的自动创成

Abstract:

Based on the topological structures of multi-speeds transmission systems for automotive vehicles,the graph carriers for generating schemes of the epicyclic gear mechanisms(EGMs) up to three degree-of-freedoms from six to nine links were summarized.According to the required design principles marking the rotation pairs,the gear pairs,the inside gearing pairs and outside gearing pairs on the graph carriers,and eliminating the isomorphic schemes and the schemes which disobey the characteristics of EGMs,an approach of the computerized creative design of EGMs was presented.Then,the generated schemes of EGMs were represented with symbol schemes for drawing the structure sketches
automatically.

摘要:

以汽车自动变速箱结构特征为依据,总结归纳出三自由度以内六至九杆周转轮系图形载体拓扑图谱,通过对图形载体进行符合设计规则的转动副、齿轮副的标注,齿轮副内外啮合类型的标记,同构方案的识别,以及违反自动变速箱结构特征方案的剔除等过程,实现了符合设计要求的非同构周转轮系方案创成的计算机化,并给出了便于计算机识别的符号方案。
