Abstract:

For the particular engine conditions of negative torque when automobiles were in the downhill, or slowing down, or overtaking, etc, this paper established a system dynamics model of the shift process of DCT power drive system with the experimental data of the negative torque condition of engine. According to characteristics of the torque with the rotating speed when the engine provides negative torque, this paper put forward a kind of control strategy of DCT shift. Through the corresponding simulation analysis, results show that the control strategy is feasible.

摘要:

针对汽车下坡、减速、超车等发动机出现负扭矩的特定工况,利用发动机负扭矩工况下的试验数据,建立了DCT动力传动系统换挡过程的动力学模型。根据发动机负扭矩工况下的扭矩转速特性,提出了DCT负扭矩换挡过程的具体控制策略,并进行了相应的仿真分析,仿真结果验证了所制定控制策略的可行性。
