Dynamics Characteristics Analysis of Lifting Platform for a Top-speed Dispensing System

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of the dynamics characteristics for transmission system of  lifting platform in a top-speed dispensing system,9-DOF dynamics model of transmission system on the vertical direction were established and the dynamics equation was derived.The stimulation matrix was inversely solved according to the running speed of lifting platform.Then MATLAB was used to solve the dynamics equations accurately,the varying regularity of dynamic response was analyzed and compared.The natural frequency was solved and how did the natural frequency vary with different positions of lifting platform and load was studied.

摘要:

在分析快速出药系统升降平台传动系统动力学特征的基础上,建立了升降平台传动系统垂直方向上9个自由度的动力学模型,推导出该系统的动力学方程。按照升降平台运行速度反解求得了激励矩阵,利用MATLAB对升降平台传动系统动态方程进行了数值求解,分析比较动态响应的变化规律。求解了系统的低阶固有频率,研究了低阶固有频率受升降位置、负载的影响。
