Abstract:

In response to the defects of traditional design method of steering mechanism,multi-objective parameter optimization was conducted based on orthogonal test.The dynamics simulation model of a 220 ton mining bump truck was established and simulated with ADAMS,in which the sideslip under straight driven,wheel steer angle error under steering and the wheel angle under bouncing were taken into account.
A comprehensive objective function was accomplished based on the multi-objective optimization theory, and the influence of front wheel alignment parameters and the space location of steering mechanism were analyzed using orthogonal test.The optimization results show that:the comprehensive performance of steering mechanism can be improved significantly,which provides theoretical foundation for the optimization design of mining dump truck steering mechanism.

摘要:

针对转向机构传统设计方法存在的问题和不足,基于正交试验方法进行了多目标参数优化。综合考虑汽车直线行驶的侧滑量、转向过程的车轮转角误差和车轮跳动过程的车轮摆角,利用ADAMS建立220t矿用自卸车动力学仿真模型,并进行仿真计算。构造基于多目标优化理论的综合目标函数,利用正交试验分析前轮定位参数和转向机构空间位置对矿用自卸车转向机构性能的影响。优化后,转向机构的综合性能得到明显提高,研究结果为矿用自卸车转向机构的优化设计提供了理论基础。
