复杂产品研发时间和研发团队交流优化模型及其应用研究

Abstract:

The paper put forward a Markov chain model to compute R&D iteration time.And total development cycle,cost model and frequent information exchange model were constructed considering R&D team communication costs.Then,optimal product development cycle and communication strategies were analyzed.The cost of team communication was taken into account and product R&D process was described in the model.Finally,an example was given to verify the model.

摘要:

利用马尔可夫链建立了复杂产品研发迭代的时间计算模型,构建了研发总成本、研发时间和团队交流次数数学模型,分析得出了最优研发时间及研发团队交流策略,该模型考虑了团队交流成本,准确描述了复杂产品研发过程。应用案例验证了模型的实用性和有效性。
