Abstract:

For improving product quality,variation transmission chain of key
characteristics based on assembly oriented graph was studied,and the candidate
 lower key characteristics sets were established.The index in candidate key
characteristics set was analyzed quantitatively by using DEMATEL method based on
fuzzy theory.The quantified causal relationship among indexes and importance ranking were presented according to quantized results.The importance degree was used to identify key characteristics of this level.Finally,the proposed method was applied to thread trimmer mechanism,and the results suggest its feasibility and effectiveness.

摘要:

由于产品关键特性的识别有利于提高产品的质量,故研究了基于装配有向图的关键特性波动传递链,并构建了潜在下层关键特性集合,然后利用基于模糊理论的DEMATEL方法对该集合的因素进行定量分析,根据量化结果对潜在下层特性进行因果分类和重要度排序,根据重要度值大小实现该层关键特性的鉴别。最后以剪线装置为实例,验证了所提理论和方法的可行性和有效性。
