Research on Load Characteristics of Picks on Auger Drill Miner's  Aiguille

螺旋钻采煤机钻头截齿载荷特性研究

Abstract:

In order to study the load characteristics of point-attack pick on auger drill miner's aiguille and provide reference for aiguille's design,a  finite element model of single pick drilling and cutting coal was built by nonlinear dynamics simulation software LS-DYNA,which was applied to study pick's load feature and the relation between pick's load characteristics and installation parameters.The research indicates that the pick on aiguille will bear very large feeding resistance because of semi-closed cutting conditions.The pick's cutting resistance will decrease in quadratic function form with cutting angle's increase and keep stable firstly and then sharply increase in exponential function form with inclination angle's increase. Pick's feeding resistance is the exponential function of cutting angle and the linear function of inclination.It decreases along with the increase of cutting angle or inclination angle.It is better to choose larger cutting angle in the condition of avoiding interference between pick-body and coal. Pick's inclination angle is the best to have no more than 30°to achieve good cutting and drilling performance.

摘要:

为了研究螺旋钻采煤机钻头上镐型截齿的载荷特性,进而为钻头的设计提供参考依据,采用非线性动力学仿真软件LS-DYNA建立了单齿钻进截割煤岩的有限元模型,利用该模型研究了钻进工况下截齿的受力特点和截齿载荷特性随安装参数的变化规律。研究表明:钻头上截齿的截割工况为半封闭式切削,截齿会承受极大的进给阻力;截齿截割阻力随截割角的增大以二次函数形式减小,随倾斜角的增大以指数函数形式呈现先稳定后急剧增大的趋势;截齿进给阻力与截割角成指数函数关系,与倾斜角成线性关系,随截割角和倾斜角的增大而减小;在避免齿体与煤体干涉条件下,截齿宜选用较大的截割角度;为使钻头截齿拥有良好的截割性能和钻进性能,截齿倾斜角不宜超过30°。
