Influence of Adjacent Grit Trajectory on Grinding Process in 2D Ultrasonic Vibration Grinding

二维超声振动磨削中相邻磨粒运动轨迹对加工过程的影响

Abstract:

The influences of wheel parameters,processing parameters and ultrasonic vibration parameters on the trajectory of adjacent grits were considered fully in elliptic ultrasonic vibration grinding.The locus equation of adjacent grits in elliptic vibration grinding was formulated.The criterion of the relationship of the trajectory among adjacent grits was given.Simulation and analysis were made to show the influences of adjacent grit distance between the adjacent grits,the radial height difference of the neighboring grits,the workpiece feed rate,the radiual of the wheel and the amplitude of the ultrasonic.

摘要:

充分考虑椭圆超声振动磨削中砂轮参数、加工参数和超声振动参数对相邻磨粒运动轨迹的影响,推导了椭圆振动磨削中相邻磨粒运动轨迹方程,给出了椭圆振动磨削中相邻磨粒间运动轨迹相互作用关系判据。对相邻磨粒切刃间距、相邻磨粒间径向高度差、工件进给速度、砂轮半径和超声振幅等参数对相邻磨粒间运动轨迹的影响进行了仿真分析。
