Abstract:
Taking a cage bearing as the experimental object,a detecting method of mass center orbit of the cage was studied and the time domain analysis was explored.Through signal processing on the radial vibration and signal synthesis,the mass center orbit of cage was investigated by use of two laser sensors perpendicularly installed on the bearing radial plane.Meanwhile,the effects of axial loading on the mass center orbit of cage was analyzed,the characteristics of time variation and box dimension were observed and the impact of filtering and deform of the cage on measurement results were discussed.The investigation results show that the experimental investigation is significant to quality assurance for a ball bearing.

摘要:
以微型轴承的实体保持架为对象,研究其质心轨迹的检测和信号时域分析特点。介绍了激光位移传感器获取水平和垂直方向的保持架振动位移信号技术,应用信号处理,获取反映保持架质心运动稳定性的涡动图;分析了轴向加载对质心轨迹的影响及时变特征,讨论了滤波技术、盒维数、保持架变形对涡动描述的影响。
