Abstract:

A micro EDM pulse generator was presented herein. It adopted effective discharge spark number detection method to detect the discharge state. In addition, it utilized fuzzy control to adjust the pulse-on time and pulse-off time to improve the machining performance. Experimental results show that the pulse generator will improve the machining accuracy and machining efficiency effectively on the basis of stability.

摘要:

设计了一套微细电火花加工脉冲电源,该电源采用有效放电火花数检测方法对放电状态进行统计,并利用模糊控制算法对脉冲宽度和脉冲间隔进行调整以改善加工性能。试验结果表明,该脉冲电源在保证加工稳定性的基础上,能够有效地提高加工精度及加工效率。
