面向供应链的高级计划与排程的混合整数规划模型

Abstract:

This paper presented a  mixed integer programming model for APS problem in a supply chain.The proposed APS model considered explicitly capacity constraints,operation sequences,alternative machines and due dates in a multi-enterprise environment.The objective of the model was to minimize the earliness/tardiness penalty for all orders.Numerical results show that the suggested APS model can produce optimal schedules favorably.

摘要:

针对面向供应链的高级计划与排程问题,提出了一种混合整数规划模型。该模型是在考虑供应链物理约束、机器能力约束、工件加工顺序约束、可选机器、订单交付期的基础上,以最小化提前/拖期惩罚为目标而构建起来的。算例分析表明,该模型能够得出最优生产排程。
