基于模块化产品平台的技术对象重用建模技术研究

Abstract:

Aimed at the new demands of reuse for modular product platform,a reuse modeling frame of technical objects was proposed.A reuse model was described by reuse depth dimensionality,reuse span dimensionality and reuse pattern dimensionality in detail.Based on the reuse process model,the reuse technology was discussed from the standpoint of span-depth dimensionalities and depth- pattern dimensionalities respectively.The requirement mapping and the matching evaluation were analyzed as two key technologies.At the same time, the reuse strategies were presented.
Combined with the actual data in a steam turbine manufacturing enterprise,the reuse scenes of configuration design were achieved based on live sequence chart.In the scenes,
the orders and strategies of technical objects were presented.The applications indicate that the method realizes the efficient reuse,design reusing,simplifies the retrieval process during the configuration design and variation design and improves the personnel efficiency in manufacturing enterprises.

摘要:

为了应对模块化产品平台对企业资源重用提出的新需求,以技术对象为核心,提出了基于模块化产品平台的技术对象重用建模框架,从重用深度、重用广度和重用方式三个维度阐述了适合企业实施的技术对象重用机制。在所构建的重用过程模型的基础上,分别从重用广度-重用深度和重用深度-重用方式两个角度,对需求映射技术及匹配评价技术两个重用的关键技术展开论述,给出重用策略。结合某汽轮机制造企业的实际,以配置设计为例,阐述了基于生命序列图的配置设计重用场景。实践表明,该方法改善了技术对象的重用率,提高了企业人员的工作效率。
