Abstract:

Feeding performances about rotary feeding system and injection feeding system were studied by mathematic analyses and experiments.To the rotary feeding system,relationship among quantity of feeding and rotation speed/pressure difference was studied,and the influence of air leakage on feeding system was analyzed. To the injection feeding system,pressure loss in the system was analyzed by mathematic analyses and the conclusions about the relationship between quantity of feeding and flow rate and that between pressure loss and air velocity in pipe are obtained.

摘要：

通过数学分析和实验，研究了叶轮式供料系统和喷射式供料系统的供料性能。对于叶轮式供料系统，研究了供给量和转速以及压力差的
关系,分析了空气的泄漏对供给系统的影响。对于喷射式供料系统，利用数学分析的方法，研究了系统中的压力损失,并通过实验方法分析得出了喷射供料系统中供给量和空气流量的关系以及压力损失与管内气流速度的关系。
