Abstract:

A kind of multibody spatial mechanism, flowerlike deployable antenna, was studied herein. Petal number, rigid-plane number and structural parameters were analyzed and determined. At first, DOF of the mechanism under several conditions was calculated to get the number of rigid planes on a petal. Then width of rigid plane was analyzed according to geometrical relation among rigid planes in folding state. At last, volume of folded flowerlike deployable antenna was obtained and petal number of the antenna was confirmed according to the volume expression. With the analysis method, structural parameters of the flowery deployable antenna are obtained.

摘要:

针对一种多刚体空间机构——花瓣式可展天线的花瓣数、每个花瓣的刚板数和结构参数的关系进行了分析研究。首先,根据空间机构自由度的计算公式,对不同情况下机构的自由度进行了计算,确定了每个花瓣的刚板数。然后,利用折叠状态下各刚板的几何关系,对各刚板的宽度进行了分析。最后,计算了该可展结构折叠状态时的体积,再利用各结构参数与体积的关系,分析比较后得到了可展结构的花瓣数。通过分析确定了花瓣式可展天线的多个结构参数。
