Abstract:

To research dynamic characteristics of heavy scraper conveyor on failure-load and structural load about chain block,a dynamic model of scraper conveyor was established,and dynamic characteristics of scraper conveyor in working condition of failure-load and structural load were researched.By using examples,numerical simulation was analyzed for dynamic characteristics of chain block,chain scission,polygon effect of chain wheel's driving and the difference of chain's pitches.The simulation results provide a theoretical basis for the design of heavy scraper conveyor.

摘要:

为了研究重型刮板输送机在故障载荷与结构载荷卡链工况下的动态特性,建立了刮板输送机动力学模型,研究了故障载荷和结构载荷两种工况下刮板输送机的动力学特性,通过实例对输送机卡链、断链工况下的动力学特性以及链轮驱动的多边形效应、链条节距误差引起的动力学问题进行了数值仿真分析,仿真结果为重型刮板输送机的设计提供了理论基础。
