基于多元质量损失与遗传算法的装配质量优化技术研究

Abstract:

Aiming at minimizing assembly quality loss, a multi-assembly quality loss model using SNR was established based on Atiles-leon multivariate quality loss function herein. The model used SNR to measure influence weights of every assembly quality indicator on the overall assembly quality fluctuations. A genetic algorithm was used to optimize and solve the model. It's proved that the model has advantages of high accuracy and fast convergence. Finally, an example of bearing component assembly shows that the proposed method is effective.

摘要:

以装配质量损失最小为目标,采用信噪比衡量各质量指标对总体装配质量波动影响的权重,在Atiles-leon多元质量损失函数的基础上建立了基于信噪比的多元装配质量损失模型,采用遗传算法对该模型进行了优化求解,且求解精度高、收敛速度快。最后通过某一轴承组件装配实例验证了该方法的有效性。
