机械加工粉尘问题的研究现状及体系结构框架

Abstract:

A study of environmental impacts in widely-used machining is important in green manufacturing research.The studies about the machining
dust were reviewed herein.Firstly,the attributes like chemical composition,particle size,particle size distribution and concentration, and the harms of machining dust were introduced.Then the formation mechanism,influence factors and their effects and controlling
methods were summarized.Finally,based on the above analyses,the framework and the  trends of research on machining dust were proposed.

对机械加工过程中环境影响问题的研究是绿色制造研究的重要组成部分。对量大面广的机械加工产生的粉尘问题的研究现状进行了综述。首先介绍了现有研究中关注最多的机械加工粉尘的化学成分、粉尘粒径、粒径分布和浓度等属性及其多种危害;随后以小粒径粉尘颗粒为研究重点,分析了机械加工粉尘的产生机理、影响因素及其规律、控制方法等;最后建立了机械加工粉尘问题研究的体系框架,并指出机械加工粉尘问题研究的发展趋势。
